Do not sell or share my personal information
California privacy rights, what we do with personal information, and how to exercise your choices.
Last updated: 10 October 2026
Our promise
Hrsturio Advisory LLC does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. This page explains your rights and how to exercise them, with particular attention to California residents under the CCPA and CPRA.
Categories we collect
We collect identifiers such as your name and email, professional information such as your organisation and role, commercial information such as services you have enquired about, and the content of your communications. We use these only to provide our services and run our business.
Your California rights
- Know what personal information we collect and how we use it.
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of sale or sharing, which we do not undertake.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
How to exercise your rights
Email [email protected], call +1 (404) 555-0173, or write to Hrsturio Advisory LLC, 1201 Peachtree St NE, Suite 1450, Atlanta, GA 30361, USA. We may ask for information to verify your identity before acting, to protect your data from misuse.
Authorised agents
You may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorisation and may still contact you directly to confirm the request.
Response timing
We aim to respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, and we will tell you if we need more time and why. There is no charge for reasonable requests, though we may decline excessive or repetitive ones.
Sensitive information
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted by law, and we do not use it to infer characteristics about you.
Global privacy control
We honour opt-out preference signals where applicable. Because we do not sell or share personal information, such a signal does not change what we do, but we respect the intent behind it.
Financial incentives
We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information, and we do not run loyalty or rewards programmes that depend on it.
Children
Our services are directed at organisations and adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact [email protected] and we will act promptly.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in our privacy policy. When a request to delete is verified and no legal exception applies, we delete or anonymise the relevant information and confirm that we have done so. Where we must keep a record for a legal reason, we keep only what the law requires and for no longer, and we tell you which exception applies.
